PaleEmber is an international online brand based in China. All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment facilities in China.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

• Customized products: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Please note that international shipments may occasionally take longer due to customs processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer, if applicable.
