MyEasyMotion is an international online brand based in China. All orders are shipped from China, and approved returns must be sent back to our return facility in China.

Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return.

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your item.
Any return request submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@myeasymotion.com with your order number and clear photos and/or videos of the item.

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Address

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the official return address in China along with detailed return instructions.

International return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the return.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Returned items must be shipped with a trackable shipping method
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged or lost due to customer misuse
• Customized or personalized products

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (incorrect item or quality issue with photo/video proof), we will issue a full refund
• If the return is due to customer reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• No restocking fees will be charged

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
